«EcoTech» is responsible for technical and financial control over the construction of 2 hydroelectric facilities in Karelia – Beloporozhskaya HPP-1 and Beloporozhskaya HPP-2 power plants and organization of works on connection of the facilities to the power grid.

  • Analysis of construction conditions and proposed design solutions;
  • Project budget cost analysis;
  • Analysis of design estimates, permits, executive and other documentation;
  • Project schedule analysis;
  • Projected activity analysis.
  • Based on the results of the audit, the Credit Organization took a decision to finance the project.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Budget: 12.8 billion rubles

Total capacity: 49.8 MW.

Electricity generation: 231.2 mln kWh.

Small Beloporozhsk HPPs became the first project in Russia financed by the BRICS New Development Bank, the investment amounted to $100 million. The plants are included in the federal target program for the development of the Republic of Karelia. After commissioning, the total capacity will amount to 49.8 MW. The launch of the facilities will provide jobs for 30 high-category specialists, and the planned revenues of the republican budget in the form of taxes will amount to about 12 billion rubles. It will also reduce the cost of electricity in the region.
