Performing the functions of construction supervision and technical customer, «Ecotech» carefully monitors all stages of modernization of the solid waste sorting complex ordered by «EcoResource Povolzhye». The site is located in the city of Tolyatti.
THE SERVICES BEING PERFORMED UNDER THE PROJECT ARE:
- Control over the organization and progress of construction, installation and commissioning works;
- Control over delivery by the general contractor of process, power and general plant equipment, apparatus and materials;
- Control of design and survey work execution;
- Interaction with state construction supervision authorities.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Buildings and structures construction area: 10 600 м2.
Area of land within the design boundaries: 4.68 hectares.
Production capacity of the facility: 300 thousand tons per year.
Production: PET flakes, pellets, RDF-fuel and technical soil.
«Ecotechnopark» is the largest waste processing plant in Russia; the general contractor is «EcoResource Povolzhye». The new industrial site, with an area of more than 7 thousand square meters, will be equipped with modern automatic lines with optical sorting of municipal waste. The capacity of the new complex will be 300 thousand tons of solid municipal waste per year, which will significantly increase the volume of solid municipal waste processing. At the first stage of processing, 16% of useful fractions will be extracted here, which is twice as much as at the existing similar facilities. The construction of the ecotechnopark is an important step in increasing the share of recycled waste and minimizing the threat to the environment. The introduction of the new complex will also significantly reduce the load on landfills.
