Ecotechnopark 2.0: more sorting, less waste – how does it work?

11.06.2025

June 10, 2025, Lipetsk Region – The Lipetsk Region Ecotechnopark was commissioned (stage 2 of construction), designed to strengthen the environmental safety of the region. The first stage was completed in 2024.

Ecotechnopark is a high–tech complex for the treatment, disposal and disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW), located on the territory of the Stebayevsky Village Council of the Lipetsk region“

The capacity of Ecotechnopark is 200 thousand tons of MSW per year, which will allow it to serve not only the city of Lipetsk, but also three neighboring districts: Lipetsk, Zadonsky and Khleven. Environmental efficiency has become a special feature of the project: all incoming waste is subject to mandatory sorting. As a result, 50% of the waste is sent for recycling, and 15% of the valuable raw materials are recycled. This approach is consistent with the principles of a closed-loop economy, minimizing the negative impact on the environment.

The construction customer was STROYSELKHOZGARANT LLC, a company with experience in the field of hazardous waste recycling.

The technical customer is ECOTECH engineering company, which provided full support at all stages – from design and survey work to construction audit for the bank.

ECOTECH specialists carried out monitoring of construction and installation works, promptly prepared financial and technical supervision reports and promptly responded to possible emergency situations. This made it possible to optimize the construction time and perform all work in strict accordance with the schedule.
