By order of the Eurasian Development Bank, «Ecotech» provided project support for Vitebskenergo RUE. The company was responsible for checking the implementation of all stages of the project, including expert examination of the consumption of all resources.
THE SERVICES PERFORMED UNDER THE PROJECT ARE:

- Project budget analysis;
- Analysis of design estimates, permits, executive and other documentation;
- Project schedule analysis;
- Projected activity analysis.
- Based on the results of the audit, the Credit Organization took a decision to finance the project.

The hydrotechnical structure of the Polotskaya HPP is located near the village of Luchno on the Western Dvina River (Belarus). Within the framework of the project more than 12 km of 110 kV and 6 km of 10 kV power lines have already been constructed. The Meat Processing Plant transformer station (110/10 kV) has been reconstructed. A water reservoir has been formed, 9 bridges in total have been built and reconstructed, and the shoreline of the Western Dvina River has been strengthened in 13 sections (over 9.5 km long). The projected annual capacity of the HPP is 112 mln. kWh.
