The entire staff of the company regularly improves their skills. In particular, in August 2024, 5 specialists were trained under the program “Design of buildings and structures”. Four employees confirmed the qualification of “Chief engineer of the project 7th level of qualification” in the following areas:

• specialists in the organization of engineering surveys;
• specialists in the organization of construction;
• specialists in architectural and construction design.

The professional exam was taken at the Qualification Assessment Center. Currently, documents have been submitted for the entry of these specialists into the National Register.
